    Description

    Project Nanhi Kali, the Mahindra Group's flagship CSR initiative, is committed to transforming the lives of underprivileged girls across India by ensuring they have access to quality education. Since its inception, the project has positively impacted 6,94,557 girls in 15 states, creating girl-friendly ecosystems in underserved communities through consistent engagement with parents and community stakeholders to foster a nurturing environment.

    Project Nanhi Kali offers comprehensive support, including:

    * Educational Assistance: Academic support up to Class 10 in government schools, supplemented by personalized AI-driven learning on digital tablets.
    * Essential School Supplies: An annual kit that includes a school bag, necessary educational materials, and feminine hygiene products.
    * Sports Curriculum: A professionally crafted sports program designed to encourage holistic development, nurturing physical fitness and mental well-being.
    Through these focused efforts, Project Nanhi Kali continues to empower young girls, helping them unlock their potential and build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.

  • Empower Women

    Description

    The Mahindra Group’s flagship employability initiative, Mahindra Pride Classrooms (MPC), started as a youth-skilling program for both boys and girls. It has since transitioned into an all-women initiative, aligning with the nation’s vision to enhance women’s participation in the formal economy.

    Mahindra Pride Classrooms provide 40-120 hour specialized training modules, designed and delivered by expert trainers for final-year female students in government and government-aided colleges, ITIs, and polytechnic institutes across India. These modules focus on:

    * Life Skills
    * Employability Skills

    The program prepares participants to become "job-ready" by boosting their confidence and career prospects. Rigorous assessments are built into the curriculum, and participants who complete the program successfully are awarded certifications.
