Has served technology roles at IBM Research, Alcatel-Lucent etc. and holds an MS in Computer Science from University of Southern California. Anupam is also an avid practitioner and trainer of Heartfulness meditation.

Anupam Saronwala

Advisor - Strategy and Impact

Plays a key role in advising overall strategy at Saathi Re. After heading Business Development at IBM Research India for more than a decade, Anupam is now helping take technology startups from idea to business. An IIT Kanpur and Syracuse University alumni, Anupam has over 35 years of global experience in US and Indian companies in the areas of business consulting, technology licensing and alliances, software R&D, and operations.

Ajit Nayak

Advisor - Academic Partnerships

Advises and fosters strong partnerships between Saathi Re and the academia/research world to help assess the impact of data science on social enterprises. Dr. Nayak is an Associate Professor in Strategy at the Southampton Business School, UK, and his research interests are inclusive innovation and new business models in developing economies.

Neha Saroha

Senior Software Engineer

Neha is part of the software engineering team at Saathi Re and spends most of her time on Python/Django, helping develop key modules for the the analytics platform. Previously, she was managing Java/Java EE application development while providing her expertise in the full software development lifecycle at TCS. Owing to her recent interest in data science, she is honing her skills in machine learning and predictive analysis.  

K.A Rajesh

Content Writer

After obtaining a Masters degree in Business Administration, Rajesh joined a private manufacturing organisation to start his career in the IT sector. Over 22 years of service in IT, Rajesh did coding and managed many information technology projects successfully. In the quest of taking a fresh look at life, Rajesh found the platform of Saathi Re to put his proficiency in English to use. He has a flair for singing and posts his contributions in Starmaker.  

Davinder Kaur

Content Analyst

Davinder oversees content and communications at Saathi Re. She brings 25+ years experience working in various multi-national and Indian companies of diverse industries like Print Media, FMCG, Credit & Debit Card manufacturing, Nutritional Health products (MLM), and Biotechnology. A B.Sc (Hons.) in Zoology from Hansraj College, Delhi University, Davinder's interest in communication led her to pursue communications and digital marketing. She has experience and practical knowledge handling digital communications, content and social media.
