Campaign by Pinkishe Foundation
Dear Kind-hearted Soul,
As the festival of lights, Diwali, draws near, the joyous atmosphere fills the air with a sense of unity and love. However, amidst the glimmering diyas and glittering displays, there exists a darker reality. In the slums of New Delhi, many underprivileged mothers can barely afford to meet the daily needs of their families, let alone celebrate Diwali.
The Unspoken Plight
Imagine a mother's heartbreak when she sees the longing in her children's eyes, their innocent wishes to participate in Diwali celebrations just like their friends. Imagine her despair, knowing she can't afford even the simplest of joys like buying diyas or sweets for them. These moments don't just dim the physical lights around them; they dim the light of hope in their hearts as well.
Pinkishe Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to uplifting the lives of women across India, invites you to be part of a special Diwali campaign — "Light Up a Mother's Diwali".
Why This Matters?
For most of us, Diwali is a time of joy and celebration, a time to decorate our homes and feast with our loved ones. But for these underprivileged mothers living in the slums, even necessities like food, bedding, and basic cooking utilities are often out of reach.
What’s in the Kit?
Each Diwali kit, valued at ₹2100, is thoughtfully curated to bring both relief and joy to a mother. The kits include:
How You Can Help
We aim to distribute these essential kits to at least 500 underprivileged mothers this Diwali. But we cannot do this alone. Your generous contribution can be the spark that lights up the life of a mother struggling in the shadows.
Here's how you can make a difference:
Join us in breaking the cycle of poverty and brightening a mother's world this Diwali. With your help, we can fill these homes with the warmth of community, love, and, most importantly, renewed hope.
Help us light up their lives; help us light up their Diwali.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
With Warm Wishes,
