Do you undertake monthly/quarterly cadence with your NGOs on milestones and action plan?

Do you undertake site visits to projects to verify program progress, book keeping and beneficiary response?

Do you sign an Amendment to MoUs for any change in scope?

Have you undertaken a Needs Assessment or Community Investment Plan for your project locations?
