LAUGHTER is one of the most beneficial activities we can engage in. Laughing is good for our mood, our health and our outlook on life and the world around us. Heading to the beach or the park in the morning in most of our cities will bring you face to face with laughing clubs which are groups of people who assemble in public places to – well, laugh. Laughing is an indication that we are satisfied and in control of our lives or that we aim to be. Laughter is an important part of how we lead our lives but it is also important to spread this happiness to others.
The gap between rich and poor is a part of our lives in most places in the world and India is no exception. While we prioritize all the things that make our lives safer, healthier and more secure, it is also important to make this possible for our fellow citizens who need a helping hand to succeed in life, just as we have been given a helping hand at some point in our lives. While we think of laughter as an action that indicates having fun, laughter arises from our most basic needs being met such as having a roof over our heads, graduating from school or having a secure job.
Here are 5 ways to spread happiness this World Laughter Day!
