Help Send Manjappa Back to School!

Manjappa Kammar is a brilliant student, and his academic achievements are all the more remarkable when seen in the context of the misfortune and challenge he has had to overcome during his life so far.

Manjappa comes from a rural area in Dharwad district. Tragically, he lost both his parents at a very early age and since then all 4 of his siblings and himself have been taken care of by his aunt, who works as a coolie. Her earnings are the only source of income for the family, so despite Manjappa’s excellent performance at school, his future education is in jeopardy.

Securing 93.95 % in 10th grade and and recently admitted to the 11th grade in Science stream at J. S. S. College, Dharwad, he is in need of financial assistance to fulfil his dream of further education.

We want to make this dream come true for Manjappa, but we need your help! We need to raise Rs. 10,000 to send Manjappa back to school and our sister organisation LetzDream Foundation has kindly agreed to match (double) all donations received for this cause. Manjappa has faced a lot of hardship in his life so far.
