DescriptionGlenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, through its sports initiative Glenmark Aquatic Foundation (GAF), has established Centres of Excellence for swimming in Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Thiruvananthapuram, and Gandhinagar since October 2024. These centres follow a structured and globally recognised training system to foster a high-performance environment for swimmers. Plans are underway to expand the network across India. Additionally, Swim.Clinic, a platform dedicated to the swimming community, supports coaching and athlete development through courses, webinars, and resources like stroke analysis and drill progressions. It also organises events and interactive sessions with experts to encourage knowledge sharing and elevate swimming standards nationwide.

Jal Kavach

Covid 19 Support
DescriptionGlenmark Pharmaceuticals, through its CSR initiatives, supported communities during the Covid-19 pandemic with healthcare, food aid, and support for vulnerable groups. It provided essential supplies like Candid dusting powder to 50,000 police personnel across 12 Indian cities and PPE kits to medical staff in Maharashtra. The organisation conducted health check-ups for law enforcement in Gujarat and contributed to government relief efforts, including donations to PM CARES and state CM funds.
It provided over 5 million meals and essential supplies to undernourished children, pregnant women, migrants, and tribal communities. Glenmark offered telemedicine services in Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan, reaching over 200,000 people. The iCALL helpline supported cancer patients with psychosocial care in multiple languages. Additionally, it focused on women's and child healthcare by delivering antenatal and postnatal care and addressing nutritional needs.
