For my birthday this year, I’m not looking for gifts. I’m looking for builders.

For nearly 10 years working in education, I have seen, in the classrooms of Bhubaneswar, there is a gap between "schooling" and "learning." We see children who are present in body but silent in spirit. As an architect, I know that if the foundation isn't right, the structure won't hold.

That is why we are launching the Freedom Fellowship—the first-ever education fellowship born right here in Odisha.

What is the Freedom Fellowship?

We aren’t just sending "teachers" into schools; we are placing Creative Catalysts. The Freedom Fellowship recruits committed young leaders and prepares them to step into government/ affordable private school classrooms for two years. They don't just follow a textbook; they design an ecosystem where children don't just sit in school—they truly thrive.

• Foundational Learning: Teaching foundational subjects in a way that children truly learn them.
• Art-Based Learning: Using expressionism to help children find their voice.
• Whole-Child Design: Balancing academics with emotional strength and environmental stewardship.

Because of this matching grant, your contribution doesn't just "help"—it doubles. We are aiming to raise ₹12,00,000 to launch our first school, but with the match, we will actually unlock two full schools classrooms from grade 1 to 4.
