Preet Udani’s Campaign for Empowering Rural Education & Social Impact through distribution of Academic Kits

Welcome to our comprehensive fundraising campaign dedicated to transforming rural education and addressing diverse social needs! I am Preet Udani,a Class 11 Student at Nirma Vidhyavihar, and I'm thrilled to introduce you to our initiative.

Our Mission:

We're on a mission to provide holistic and activity based learning within government schools. Commonly, in marginalized schools teaching and learning methods are largely limited to chalk and talk and rote memorization. This leads to poor learning levels.

What We Aim to Achieve:

We plan to promote activity- and application-based learning across schools through monthly teacher training, distribution of learning kits, and regular school visits. These kits will be used to support remedial and bridge course along with classroom teaching and learning in grades K to 5.

With your generous support, we aim to equip these students with the tools they need to succeed academically, as well as contribute to our broader social impact initiatives. Through your contributions, we will bring an educational transformation in rural schools. 

Educational Games and Kits:

We have developed comprehensive activity-based learning kits (which includes 110+ materials including worksheets, kits, and games) tailored to the needs of marginalized students. And all the materials have been carefully aligned with the textbooks and curricula.

Our kits include various kits like Rangometry for geometric exploration, Tower of Hanoi for problem-solving, Spirograph for creative expression, Jodogyan GanitMala for mathematical concepts, and others. Similarly we have various educational games like tangrams, fraction plates, puzzles, flashcards, and more to reinforce learning in a hands-on way.

Financial Details:

The cost for each school's academic kits and drive execution is Rs. 20,000. However, other supporters have committed some 50% funding. We seek to raise Rs 10,000 per school. These funds will be utilized to provide the educational kits, monthly teacher trainings (on how to use the academic kits), regular schools visits, and other various educational initiatives.

Other Social Execution Drives:

In addition to our focus on education, we are actively involved in various social execution drives aimed at addressing multiple social needs, including Prosthetic Limbs Distribution (Hands), Kindness on Wheel Car Initiative, Clean Water/Water Filtration + Toilet Development, Rainwater Recharge Drive, Bio Degradable Sanitary Napkin Promotion, Kangaroo Mother Care Sling Bag Distribution, First Zero Consumption School Project, Mangroves Conservation Drive, Sanitation Family Kit Distribution, Transport Logistic – Spinal Support Drive, Eye Glass Distribution for Rural Schools, Bio Hazard Bins Distribution for Families, and Hand Band Gift Drive.
