The Covid-19 crisis and the lockdown situation threw India’s 15 lakh schools, 90 lakh teachers, and 26 crore children into an online learning world they were not prepared for.

• Teachers needed resources to teach online students who often faced device and data issues
• School leaders from government and affordable private schools wanted to engage students and cater to parents' needs in a simple and low-cost way
• Parents' aim to ensure their children continue to learn from the safety of their homes
• Students want something to do at home that engage them with learning

We created CAPE!

CAPE is a free, structured online resource bank for educators. We built CAPE to ensure students continue to learn even when they can’t come to school and access their lessons with basic devices and limited data. CAPE brings tried and tested videos, pictures, worksheets, and activities that are packaged as one-page lessons. These lessons are sorted by the board, subject, and grade so that everything is in an organised and accessible format.
