AIM – Sukanya Mentorship Program

To carry out education requires financial backup, a conducive environment and opportunity to carry out the education. Almost all these things the girls from marginalised backgrounds lack. That leads to child marriage, child labour, prostitution. Girls drop out of school in India at a much higher rate than boys. According to the Ministry of Human Resources Development, 27% of girls are not completing their secondary education.

There is a lack of opportunity for economically backward girls to dream about higher education abroad. If we do not help them, they will never have a chance to go to university. This program aims to provide girls with the possibility of completing their high school education and enrolling in a university abroad. The program will be launched in 10 selected districts in the country to provide year-long mentorship to economically backward girls to help them complete their higher education. To help girls learn and believe in themselves and their abilities and support them in becoming the best version of whom they aspire to be.

Women's education is a global campaign, so every girl should have the right to get an education. It is an obligation on society. Women can change the future of their country and the world. We need to nurture them, educate them and provide them with opportunities to grow and reach their full potential.

We are the only institution that is 100% focused on developing women leaders. We prepare our girls with mentorship to prepare them for higher education abroad. We ensure every year 100 girls should secure study opportunities abroad. They will complete their master and PhD without difficulties.

Education is vital for the young mind. It is what can make or break them. A good education, with quality teachers and mentors, are required who can help them, can open doors for them in life. That is why a mentorship program is important to us.
