Help provide welfare for the Aged Patients

With increased life expectancy, the age group above the 60s is rapidly increasing in India. As per the census of 2011, there is about 117 million elderly in India, which is estimated to cross 250 million by 2025. With rising healthcare costs and life-expectancy rates, the elderly would like to seek a life of dignity and respect without losing their independence.

At the same time, they require continuous support and care, including basic day-to-day living support even for things as simple as walking to the bathroom. Therefore with time, the elderly become a burden to family and friends - especially if they are on meager incomes.

Elder Care Trust provides continuous medical as well as non-medical care and support to these elderly. It also addresses the loss of dignity, elders have to bear when they become dependent on others for their daily activities in their twilight years.

Old Age Care Center for patients in the senior citizen category

- Palliative Care, Post Operative Care, Cancer Care, Dementia, Alzheimer’s care, etc

Impacted the lives of Terminally Ill / Bedridden / Dependent senior citizens through the hospice care provided in the center. The Center has Caregivers, Nurses, Physiotherapists, A team of Doctors, Dedicated Geriatrician (Old Age Specialist Doctor), equipped with basic medical equipments like Oxygen Concentrator, Suction Machines, Blood Pressure, etc. 

1. The center has provided care & support to more than 300 Elderly patients till date. 
2. Geriatric Care & Consultancy services : More than 1500 Senior Citizens impacted
3. Medical Equipments - 500 patients benefited with equipments like Hospital Bed, Walkers, Oxygen Concentrator Machine, Suction Machine, Nebulizer, etc
4. Free doctor consultation & medical checkups - About 500 patients consulted through camps
5. Various Health awareness Camps for senior citizens - About 2000 Senior citizens have benefited with such camps
