October 11th is the International Day of the Girl (IDG). Stand with us as we partner with the Indian Government to bring our Girl Boss program to 300 underserved young women in Raichur (Karnataka) and Warangal (Telangana). We are raising INR 13,00,000 to provide programming for an inaugural cohort of college-going young women and design a skilling certification for colleges based on Girl Boss programming.

Why this Matters

More girls than ever before are in school and reaching higher education. But for too many, education ends without a job, income, or independence. In India, only 1 in 3 women participates in the labor force. In Raichur, one of Karnataka's most educationally challenged districts, the numbers are stark with 87% of young women unemployed.

The problem isn’t ambition. Girls dream big. What’s missing are opportunities, work-readiness skills, support systems, and role models who show them what’s possible.

Launch Girls bridges this gap. Through our Girl Boss programs, we give girls and young women the tools to turn learning into earning, building confidence, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills that lead to jobs, small businesses, and independence.

Real Girls, Real Change

• Sai Nikitha, 22 turned waste eggshells into eco-friendly products and funded a Masters degree with her profits. She is now working full-time in the social impact sector, inspiring the next generation with her story and skills.
• Chaitra, 24 gained confidence through our program, negotiated to delay early marriage, and is now preparing for civil service exams.
• Hameeda, 23 used the grit and adaptability she developed in Girl Boss to overcome rejection after rejection to become a microbiologist. Now, she's employed as a biologist in Hyderabad, India.

Donation Amounts

INR 4,000 - Equip 1 young woman with the confidence, entrepreneurial mindset, and work-readiness skills through the Girl Boss Future Ready program.

INR 8,000 - Support 2 girls through the full program, doubling your impact and helping them develop foundational skills to transition from education to earning.

INR 20,000 - Sponsor 5 girls through skill-building workshops in financial literacy, communication, and entrepreneurship, giving them tools to launch businesses or land their first jobs.

INR 50,000 - Fund a complete training module to build the capacity of 2 community members to implement Girl Boss in local universities and community spaces. Training module comes with a certification to teach the Girl Boss program. 

INR 1,00,000 - Train 1 local community member and equip a full cohort of 30 Girl Bosses with the confidence, entrepreneurial mindset, and work-readiness skills through the Girl Boss Future Ready program—creating lasting change in an entire community.
