Industry needs skilled plumbers, the estimate is 12lakh, and school and college dropout rate is alarming. Unemployment is a big issue. DIFPT has been trying to bridge the gap between industry and unemployed youth. 
 We have setup training facility with latest technology in Plumbing with the help of internation curriculum and NSDC IPSC syllabus.We have trained 1300+ rural youth and provided Job opportunity. 
 The loss due to non availability of Plumbing skills has been reduced and provided Livelihood to needy and eligible rural youth.

We value our Doner as Much as we want a value from them Introduction Dnyanada Institute of Flow Piping Technology (DIFPT) is registered under section 8 of New Companies at 2013.The companies Objective is to Provide Livelihood by means of Plumbing skills training to school &amp; college dropout rural youth. Infrastructure Training Facility is located 27 km away from Pune at Wagholi. Facility has hostel for 40 candidates, two classrooms, Tools Room, Storeroom, Playground, Ledge Wall &amp; Workshop.Four Trainers, Two Master Trainers authorized to conduct Training of Trainers Tot <img src="https://cfstatic.give.do/f7b01585-5eb4-43b4-93a5-c5d495d778cf.png" /> Designed Plumbing Lab supported by Jaquar Foundation &amp; Supreme Industries Achievements <img src="https://cfstatic.give.do/0833cd8f-a0e8-4214-a079-6ffbe8906079.png" width="925" /> <ul><li>Trained 1500+ students from 32 districts of Maharashtra (these numbers include Supervisors, TOT, Ashirvad Pipes, Bosch Foundation &amp; ICICI foundation) and provided 100% salaried jobs.</li><li>Approx 220+ candidates are now working as independent contractor and are further employing more than one Plumber.</li><li>Developed about 35 employers network which Includes some construction companies,</li><li>Plumbing Contractors, MEP Consultant, Solar Water Heater Technician, Landscaping -Micro irrigation, Rainwater Harvesting, Plumbing Repairs &amp; Maintenance.</li><li>Have started Satellite Training Partner (STP) Center at Arvi, Dist Verdha and Nandurbar</li></ul>  New Revenue Initiative Developing Plumbing Labs &amp; Plumbing Training Centers for Ashirvad Pipes, ICICI Foundation, Vivekananda Kendra and Bosch Foundation. This is one to two years, turnkey engagement starting from Mobilization of the candidates, Selection of Staff, Training of Trainers, Conducting &amp; Hand holding of batched at least 2 consecutive batches and placement support. For Bosch Foundation we have designed the Plumbing lab was part of commissioning the lab with other contractors.    WMSC NSDC training of trainer appointed by NSDC. New Course development Solar Water Heater Technician Short Duration Employable course with immediate Job and subcontracting opportunity. Self-Employment &amp;Business Skills e-Learning Curriculum <a href="https://youtu.be/Ch9Jjlz7tLk " rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">https://youtu.be/Ch9Jjlz7tLk </a> <img src="https://cfstatic.give.do/1296cc36-04a8-4683-94d7-e25d27427ca8.png" width="878" />New STP developed in Arvi Vardha District of Vidharbha.
