Help us support 300 students through 6 Years of Scholarships and Mentorship

Chasing dreams from village to Corporate Success

Meet Mandala Radhika, a resilient and determined student hailing from a small village. Despite her outstanding 88% score in the 10th standard, the financial constraints of her hardworking daily wage earning parents cast a shadow over her dreams of higher education.

In the midst of such despair, with uncertainties interlacing her ambitions, a ray of hope appeared in the form of Nirmaan's scholarship program, Career Saathi Program. This wasn't just a scholarship for Radhika; it was a lifeline, a link between her goals and the reality she faced. This scholarship paved the way for her, landing a prestigious position as a software engineer in a top MNC now.

Radhika's story is not unique. Countless such talented students in rural and tribal areas face similar challenges, forcing them to abandon their aspirations due to financial limitations and a lack of awareness about available career paths. But there is a way to rewrite these stories. Through Nirmaan's Career Saathi program, we are not just offering scholarships to meritorious students; we are providing wings to their dreams, empowering them to reach for the stars, and craft a brighter future for themselves and their families.

About Career Saathi program:

In 2016, we launched the Career Saathi Program to address the hurdles faced by meritorious but financially disadvantaged students. Based on our experience of working with thousands of students who are first generation learners, we incorporated not just scholarship assistance, but also mentorship, skill-building, inclusivity, career guidance, and professional development, acting as a guiding force for them to achieve their ambitions. Our students have deeply benefited from the six years of support extended to them till they secure employment.

Till date, we have successfully implemented the program in seven states across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Delhi-NCR, West Bengal, and Karnataka and impacted over 1300+ students.

Through this ongoing campaign, we aim to reach 300 students, each representing a unique story of untapped aspirations.

Your contribution holds the power to breathe life into their aspirations, turning distant dreams into tangible realities. Join us today in championing these bright minds and shape their narratives of success.
