शोर छुपाता है, आवाज़ जगाती है।

शोर थकाता है, आवाज़ बदल सकती है — सोच, दिल, ज़िंदगी।

जिस भीड़ में हर कोई बोलता है पर कोई सुनता नहीं, वहीं शोर होता है।

और आवाज़? वो चुप रहकर भी बहुत कुछ कह जाती है।

At Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti, our fellows—young girls from slum communities—are living proof that voice with purpose is power, not noise.

Many of these girls have faced early societal pressures, hearing phrases like “Ladki haath se nikal gayi hai” simply for standing up for themselves. Many questioned their own worth due to lifelong limitations. Yet, Lakshya became their turning point—a space to reclaim identity, dignity, and purpose.

• Since 2009, Lakshya has worked with over 50,000 children and youth, directly impacting lives in urban slums.
• Fellows receive training in community leadership, IT, and career readiness, along with mentorship and interview support.
• Over 80% of trained youth have secured jobs, supporting themselves and their families, while hundreds of children benefit from their guidance.

These fellows are superheroes with invisible capes. They are not making noise—they are making history. Each voice carries transformation: building confidence, breaking cycles of poverty, and creating future leaders in marginalized communities.

Through Lakshya, we are reimagining empowerment—building voice, choice, and equity among youth from the poorest urban neighborhoods. Our vision: young people expressing their power, living their dreams, and leading change in their communities.

After training with Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti, she became a Mensuration Champion, educating girls and women in her community about menstrual health—a topic often shrouded in silence. Today, she also works in a multinational company, has doubled her income, and is breaking barriers both professionally and socially.
