A Plate of Hope: Join Us in Ending Hunger

This is the reality for 1 in 9 people in our community who go to bed hungry every night. At Shimit Foundation, we’ve looked into the eyes of mothers who skip meals for days just to feed their children, and fathers who trade their dignity for a handful of rice.  

But hunger is not inevitable. Together, we can change this.  

Our Mission: Food for Every Family, Twice a Month  

Every 15 days, our volunteers hit the streets with hot, nutritious meals for those who’ve forgotten the taste of hope. But with food prices soaring, we can’t do it alone.  

The Story That Broke Us (And Moved Us to Act)  

We met many individuals, who hadn’t eaten in two days. When we handed them a meal, they become very emotional and whispered, "Can you give more for my family members?  

No child should have to choose between hunger and love.  

How Your Donation Transforms Lives:  

- ₹70 → Feeds **one person** for a one time meal per day  

- ₹210 → Feeds **one person** for a day    

- ₹3500 → Sponsors 50 people for one time meal for per day

Our Impact So Far:
