In a country with about 120 million (M) young girls, over 50% have not completed secondary education, more than 90% are not formally or informally skilled, and a staggering 82 million young women are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (called NEET)

Girls are at the bottom of the pyramid when it comes to having their agency

When provided with counseling and guidance, girls tend to succeed far better than boys.

Solution:

Bright Future recognized this gap and initiated project Aassman

#Aasmaan strengthens the wings of young girls. The program provides the young girls with;

• Scholarship
• Mentorship 
• Exposure visits to the workplace
• Capacity-building sessions
• Provide a platform to voice their opinion, identify community solutions, and build policies and practices.
• An opportunity to join our Youth advisory community
• Lead like a leader

Ask:

Bright Future aims to reach 1,000 young girls this year and provide them with;

• Career Guidance
• Mentorship assistance 
• Financial aid
• Linkage to complete their education
• Provide future-ready skills 

Sponsor scholarship support to (20 girls x ₹25000 per girl = ₹5,00,000) 

1 young girl for 1 year- ₹25,000 approx

20 young girls for a year- ₹5,00,000
