Employment & 80 % school & college dropout from rural & semi urban areas is a social issue. Creates social unrest. This issue must be recognized as societies health.

On one side we face the unemployment as major challenge of the society and on the other side there is huge demand of skilled workes.

Dnyanada Institute of Flow Piping Technology has been working on the issue of unemployment for past 11 years.

We provide Plumbing Technology Skills to the unemployed youth and make them earn their livelihood.

There are many jobs with the skills of Plumbing such as Construction Industry Plumber, Solar Water Heater Technician, Micro irrigation Skill Technician, Domestic Plumbing Repairs & Maintenance, Sewage Treatment Plant Operator, Pumps & Motors Installation & Maintenance Mechanic and many more

The project in these areas are increasing year on year by 15%, which creates huge demand of skilled labor. As per NSDC report the estimated Plumbers demand only for construction industry is 12 Lakh and ever growing. All sectors add to the demand.

The candidates after two months short duration course starts earning minimum 12,000/- to 14,000/- and after one years of experience he start his own enterprise as contractor further providing employment for more youth.

We want to elevate the life of the rural household by providing job opportunities and quality life.

Our target to provide this project benefit to approx 10,000 youth from 8 districts of Maharashtra.

Aim is provide Business Skill & mentorship support to the Alumni contractors to grow their business in leaps & bound.

For this we have developed a business skills training course. This is developed in local Language -Marathi, and available in self paced learning on e-Learning Cloud Platform.
