Since 2014, IN-DEED Foundation has worked to put quality education within every child's reach. Today we reach over 200 government schools across 4 districts in Western Rajasthan. From Academic Session 2026–27, we have expanded to 10 districts in Rajasthan, Delhi NCR, and Gujarat - bringing the same promise to many more children.

Why it matters

Despite steady progress, millions of children still leave school without foundational literacy or numeracy. The learning gap in Grade I becomes the life barrier in Grade VIII -unless someone intervenes.

Our three pillars:

• अध्ययन | Quality Education - technology-enabled learning, Math, Science, and STEM exposure that strengthen outcomes.
• E-कौशल | Digital Empowerment - practical computer education, coding, AI, and robotics to get accustomed to and eventually adept to live in a tech-driven future.
• सम्भावना | Wholesome Education - experiential learning, exchanges, and co-curricular growth that build confident, responsible citizens.

We launched the IN-DEED Fellowship in 2026 - placing exceptional graduates from India's leading institutions directly into our classrooms - alongside Remedial Learning Programs that help struggling students regain footing in Mathematics, Science, and English.

We can't fix this. Not alone, at any rate! Can We?

• What if every child in our government schools finished Grade VIII reading, writing, and computing at age-appropriate proficiency in Hindi, English, and Mathematics - stopping learning gaps before they become barriers?
• What if the boy who nearly dropped out after losing his father became the graduate who lifts an entire district?
• What if AI-trained children from government schools went on to win at district and state levels - and hundreds of young volunteers gave their evenings to mentoring them?

SCALING UP:

From Academic session 2026-27 _ IN-DEED Foundation is scaling up interventions:

• From 4 districts to 12 districts
• From 1 to 2 states of India
• From 100+ to 200++ schools

FELLOWSHIP:

IN-DEED is starting a unique Fellowship program from 2026 _ to engage bright, passionate, young Indians graduating from some of the best institutions of the nation. They shall help the organisation streamline processes, develop future strategy, grow organically and enhance its impact for stakeholders.

REMEDIAL CLASSES:

One of the initiatives that we wish to focus on is Remedial Classes - where students who are scoring low marks in third division or failing board exams will be supported with extra classes to ensure they understand difficult topics from Maths, Science & English to improve their grades.

FOUNDATIONAL LITERACY & NUMERACY:

Another focus area is going to be helping students achieve literacy and numeracy skills as appropriate for their age and grade (I-VIII), assisting them to become proficient in reading and writing (English & Hindi) and performing basic mathematic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) necessary to facilitate understanding of curricular topics in higher grades.
