For International Women’s Day 2021, Airbnb Capability Center has partnered with GiveIndia to challenge inaccessible healthcare that is the fate of most marginalized women in our country.

Did you know that 2.3 Cr girls drop out of school every year when they start menstruating?

Poor women, especially in rural areas, struggle to get a clean piece of cloth to manage their period every month. Living in a culture of shame and silence, they end up using poor and this aggravates their day-to-day misery around this basic need.

But it doesn’t have to be this way!

We can change this; you can change this!

This Women’s Day, each one of us at Airbnb Capability Center can liberate a woman from her misery by gifting her access to improved menstrual hygiene.
