AKANKSHA IN NAGPUR NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT

The Akanksha Foundation is a nonprofit organization working towards a mission to provide children from low-income communities with a high-quality education, enabling them to maximize their potential and transform their lives. For the past 30 years, Akanksha has supported more than 13,000 students in their journey of education and transforming lives through school education and currently runs 26 schools in partnership with municipal corporations across the state, at no cost from the parents.

For over 2 years now, The Akanksha Foundation in Nagpur city has been successfully running six high-quality English medium schools for children from underserved communities.

In partnership with the Nagpur Municipality Corporation, Akanksha started its schools with the aim of changing the school landscape of education by focusing on a holistic student vision that imbibes 21st-century learning skills and the values needed for young curious minds to lead empowered lives.

With parents as important partners in the child's education and a group of highly invested teachers, Akanksha students in Nagpur have gone from 15 staff members to over 120 and from 40 students to nearly 1400 of them.

Currently, our team in Nagpur is continuing headstrong toward the path of providing quality education, and to further stay on this path we need your support.

A) Donate INR 1.5 Lakhs to support education for 5 students for one academic year.

C) Donate INR 4 Lakhs to enable school events across the Network for a year.
