Akshaya - Lets fight covid (Feed the needy)

Kritagyata Trust is an NGO working on the needs and necessities of needy under various walks of life. We have seen the pandemic has almost touched and ruined everyone around, Affected people in cities are struggling in one way and the people in villages are struggling in other way. No awareness on how to keep themselves away from others and not to spread the virus is the biggest concern.

We have come up with the home isolation kits for Covid positive patients upon the suggestion and the standard prescription of the Doctors, We will be distributing these kits to the rural covid patients through the Panchayat office of that village. These patients will be helped with the grocery kits too so that they dont go out and spread the virus in the wake of buying the groceries.

This activity can bring in a huge impact as the patients will be at home and taking care of themselves not going out and spreading the virus. It is important to take care of themselves and equally important not to spread the decease. We are providing the ration kits to the people from the marginalized communities to fight hunger, These kits contain groceries and also the hygeine kit with the basic toiletries and sanitizers. We will also educate them with the help of our volunteers on maintaining hygiene and keeping themselves clean.

Established as an NGO in 2015, we at Kritagyata Trust run a children’s home for 12 young girls in North Bangalore. Over the years, we have also worked with 30 schools on various activities and brought smiles to 25,000 faces!

We have already supported 1500+ covid positive patients with the home isolation kits and 400+ families with ration kits to fight hunger. The gap is really huge and it takes a big leap to help many.
