Story

The Neemrana Music Foundation is facing a crucial challenge. It is desperately seeking support for our upcoming opera production, "An Evening in Paris", set to take place on the 3rd and 4th of March at Kamani Auditorium in New Delhi. The show is coming soon, and we have not been able to raise enough money.

Post covid, we are finding it difficult to raise funds to support culture. Yet isn't art vital to make this world a better place?

The capital city has not had a full opera since 2014, so we want this one to be a hit, something which everyone will remember, not only for its wonderful songs and entertaining story but also for the visual aspect: sets, lights and costumes: all have to be spectacular.

By supporting this fundraising effort, you will be making a significant impact on the future of Western classical music in India, and help build a bridge between the East and the West.

Join us in reviving the beauty of opera in Delhi! The Neemrana Music Foundation is launching a crowdfunding campaign to bring a breathtaking production to life. Art makes money intelligent. Trust our 20 years of experience, we will use your money to produce a wonderful show.

A live orchestra flies from France to accompany a full cast of Indian singers, for the first time ever! Trained in Delhi, Mumbai, or Paris, these young artists only wait for your support to have a platform to shine.

Over 65 artists will perform lively music by the renowned composer Jacques Offenbach, also known as the “French Mozart”. An Evening in Paris is about foreigners visiting Paris to enjoy not only its monuments but also its nightlife.

So sit back, let the red curtain open and let the opera take you on a ride to Paris, a city of laughter and love. Bring your friends along, so they don't miss the famous French can-can!

A grand opera production is also a tool for us to raise awareness of our multiple CSR projects. Our singers are our scholars, we provide them with the best education. Yesterday's students are today's teachers, as we are committed to bringing music to the lesser privileged ones. Since 2011, the Neemrana Music Foundation has been teaching children from various horizons: a village, a slum, and the Blind Relief Association. Today we also provide singing classes to visually challenged ladies from NAB India (National Association for the Blind). Your generosity will provide them with the tools they need to achieve their dreams or simply enhance their lives with the universal language of music.

Unlock the potential of music education for those who need it most. Show your support to the arts now! Even a small contribution can make a world of difference.
