BIG DREAM

STEP FOUNDATION has always believed in the holistic development of children and has evolved its programme based on the development needs identified for children. With this philosophy at heart, STEP now wishes to take New STEP’s For creating empower future generation by providing them training and bringing sustainability for the youths from marginalized urban slum communities. It is called STEP towards big dream because we believe that every Child (Youth) has his or her own potential which plays an important role to think big only they need to create specific goals & create a path to reach towards their Dream.

The project operates at three levels:

1. Identifying out of Youth
2. Building there dreams
3. Creating a path to reach towards their goals.

Across the levels, we take youth from the age group of 15 to 18years bridging the learning gaps that the doors of opportunities open for them. Overall, our intervention works with a child up to 3years or till they graduate out of 12th Grade. It is an intensive programme that works not only with the child but also the parent, community and school to ensure thinking about the child's dream and work as an action group that will help the child to reach his/her potential and reach out towards his /her dream.

• Training 200 Youths from marginalized communities
• Creating digital platform For EQ & IQ test,
• Designing the app for self assessment , creating own plan as per the dream & monitoring the growth and keeping track ( paths ) towards the dream .
• Bringing out various options for dreaming Big. Also will help them to get the sponsor towards further education.
