Chabutra is a quarterly graphic periodical, four volumes of which are out already. Each volume has 4-5 stories and sections on offbeat recipes, word games, beliefs & folklores, and doodle-along grids. This is a great way to re-ignite love for the book and story telling, while also increasing your IQ – India Quotient!
We tell stories about India - that aren't told enough, which resonate across echo chambers, that make complex social issues understood in interesting ways; beyond the regular formats. To continue sharing these stories, we need your support. Each volume of Chabutra, from its creation to publication takes INR 75,000 as we bootstrap. Your contribution will help us release the next four volumes for 2025-26, and reach more readers through subscriptions, exhibitions, and other events.
