Most of the rural parents do not allow their girls to pursue higher education and take up employment out of their village or locality.

Even though most of the rural girls have their passion / dream, they are unable to achieve them. Main reasons are that they are unable to take a decision on their own and to negotiate with their parents.

Due to absence of guidance, highly potential girls take up ‘sales girl’ job for meager income as livelihood.

The girls are unable to take up certain jobs due to the challenge of speaking in English. They struggle in understanding and responding in English.

They are unable to get the right guidance at the right time. And, there is no one in the village to clear their doubts about the scope of their education and career.

Due to utter poverty, Girls from orphan or single parent or broken family background, who have longing for education, will become drop-outs or stop their education.

Since most of the transgender persons are ill-treated in the society, they are unable to continue their education and to get trained in any job. They are forced to beg or involve in sex for their survival.

Conducting trainings for the overall development of the college going rural girls is the focus.

Providing life skill training, educational and career guidance and soft skill training for 900 college going girls.

Conducting exposure visit to industries, offices and work spots.

Arranging internship / volunteer programme with industries, IT companies and NGOs.

Conducting family visits and parents meeting for creating awareness on importance of higher education and employment for the self reliance of the girls.

Conducting 100 days of online courses for spoken English. This will help most of the rural girls, who want to take up urban based jobs, to speak in English without hesitation.

Each of the participants will have mentor, who will spend, at least, one hour in a week with the participant over phone, to get facilitated.

Supporting the students in financial crisis, who are from orphan or single parent or utter poverty background. Paying the tuition fee for the selected needy students will give them the opportunity of education.

Arranging / conducting vocational courses for 100 transgender persons.

The rural girls will have clarity and courage in decision making.

The mentor of the girls will facilitate to bring out her full potential in her life.

Girls will choose their studies in higher education on their own.

They will be able to negotiate with their parents and relatives in a confident and matured way.

The parents will also permit and support their girls to pursue higher education and employment.

The students will continue and complete their studies successfully without financial constrains.

Utilize their holidays beneficially by becoming interns / volunteers in actual work spots.

100 days of online course will break the language barrier and bring the ability and confidence in the rural girls to speak in English and to take up urban based jobs without any hesitation.

Having exposure in other works and work culture, the girls will choose and take up their career in a higher scale.

The girls will become more responsible persons in the social life.

The girls will become role model in their village, which will affect positively other girls and parents.

Trained 100 transgender persons in one occupation, which they like, and they will become skilled and either self-employed or employed.
