Contribute towards scholarships for underprivileged girls

The militancy and volatile political conflict in Jammu and Kashmir has disrupted the lives of its people and paralysed the development of the state. The safety of children has meant education has been considerably disturbed.

With this project, our organisation provides scholarships to hundreds of rural girls to make sure they complete their education.

After conducting thorough research, we select deserving girls from villages close to the border and provide them with financial help and scholarships. We also organise counselling sessions for students as well as their parents to ensure they receive regular schooling, perform well whilst in attendance, and gain self-confidence.

Annual academic camps are also held, whereby university graduates give advice on how to perform better in examinations and help our students to choose a career path.

60-70 pupils enjoy the benefits of this project every year and HBET is proud to say that we have helped over 300 girls so far. But to continue providing scholarships and counselling for education we need just a small donation from you.
