- Free Tele-counselling: By calling on 011-41198666 from anywhere in India, anyone who needs support can speak to a counsellor from 10 am to 6 pm on all days of the week.
- Community Support via Listening Circles: Weekly online sessions for up to 10 people at a time, moderated by a facilitator.
- Helpful information, practical and evidence-based tips and strategies to support mental well-being are available at https://sangath.in/covid19/
