Create a safer world for all - Support Mudita Foundation

Mudita Foundation, is a charitable trust that has been working  to create safe and inclusive spaces for children, youth, and women. Our core mission is to prevent and address abuse, violence, and exploitation—both in the physical and digital world. At Mudita Foundation, we work closely with children, youth groups, individuals, and organizations to raise awareness, build capacities, and nurture safety champions—community members who play a key role in building a collective culture of protection.

We have translated our ideas into efforts with individuals, organisations and communities that have progressively widened with every passing year. In the past 6 years, we have worked with over 160 civil society organisations, directly engaging with 4000+ children and 8300+ adults across  India through a prevention based approach and programs that include-

-   Direct interventions – from awareness and prevention to capacity building for call for action and casework.

-   Collective impact - through sharing of knowledge and partnerships

-   Action-research – on issues related to abuse, violence and exploitation in communities

You can  help us take our interventions to more survivors and vulnerable communities. 

Programs that need urgent funding are :

1. Pahal: Awareness session for vulnerable groups of children, youth or women  or adults who work with vulnerable groups (parents, teachers, field workers)  – Rs. 5000 – 7000* for one session with 30+ participants 
2. Leher :  A year long capacity-building programme  with the team of a community-based organisation in urban or rural areas – 7- 10 lakhs*
3. Safe Spaces Project : Creation of an urban safe space through a year-long intervention in partnership with a community-based organisation – 10-15 lakhs*

*This would include human resource, program cost, travel and administrative cost
