Dharti Saathi: Environmental Learning Program

Nature is losing its colours due to human actions and we are amid a Climate Crisis. Natural ecosystems are under threat and human survival is dependent on it.

We create engaging, hands-on, practical environmental learning content and deliver it in various formats, one of which is our year-long environmental learning program with 4 modules. In the coming academic year, we want to place volunteers in classrooms where they will implement our modules and engage children in environmental action through our campaign.

We are currently implementing the program with 28 classrooms and 1000+ children. This year-long program is the first step to continue sustained community-driven action in communities where we see the scope of further environmental action using community support. We aim to strengthen communities that advocate for a better environment and work towards creating it. Over the years, it would mean cleaner living spaces.

We also intend to create environmental leaders among our learners who take positive climate action.
