Every child deserves to study and create a bright future for themselves. But what next? We talk about ensuring that each child reaches their potential but we seldom talk about how. I have had a difficult time figuring what works for me because during my younger days I didn’t make choices based on alignment with long terms goals and core belief system. At Claylab I try to ensure that the children I mentor do not make the same mistake by making them career ready. We work on preparedness by creating clarity on the importance of choosing a career a that aligns with their value system, creating dream CV to come up with SMART goals, networking with volunteering professionals, interning and volunteering.
