Story
Children's home operated by the Hope House is a registered home of the state of Tamilnadu under the JJ Act for children in need of care and protection. Children are admitted to this home by the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) of the Vellore district of the state of Tamilnadu.
Ultimate aim of this home under the act is to rehabilitate and reintegrate these vulnerable children into the society. Children do not pay for any of the services that they receive at the Hope House but we operate with the generosity extended by people like YOU.
Hope House operates the children's home on a rights-based approach where we recognize and respect every right of every child. While at the Hope House, children receive food, accommodation, clothes, recreation, healthcare and education etc. Many of our children have been successfully rehabilitated and are standing on their own feet now with a gainful employment.

We host German volunteers every year for six month beginning from Septmber till March. They engage the girls in various activities including baking.
