Living with blindness herself, she didn't just overcome barriers – she shattered them, earning her Ph.D. in Blindness and Social Mobility from TISS and building a remarkable career as an HR leader. But for her, personal success wasn't enough.

This powerful vision has already transformed the lives of 1,500 visually impaired students across 10 schools in Karnataka and Kerala. At EquiBeing Foundation, we don't just teach, we nurture whole beings. Our students dive into swimming pools, master computer skills, and engage in sports they never thought possible.
