Educate a Child in Need

Children brought up in Orphanages in India are not given proper higher education after attaining 18 years. Till the 18 years, education is almost free through Government and aided schools. Then What ?? in most cases, children are left behind without given chances to achieve their dreams. SO WE NEED TO ACT.

Each child brought up by an institution is given ample opportunities to peruse their dreams of higher education and to choose their career. We plan to provide job-oriented courses to the children from Hope Community Village as well as other childcare institutions (CCI). This facility can be also shared with children from single women-headed families/widows. (Hope Community Village has done a pilot study on this subject and has enough experience since 1995)

By providing suitable higher education we can ensure self-reliant, self-supporting individuals with social commitment. In our experience from 1995, Hope Community Village could provide higher education to more than 50 children. 24 young adults among them got married and settled in mainstream society. Some of them even settled successfully abroad. Children from the single women-headed/widows reached to a level they could take care of their mother as well as other siblings.
