Every time we take ride in a Tiger Park/Elephant park we look at the animals, trees, water bodies, ecosystem's and are in awe! We try to read more about these to understand as well!
Can you imagine that thousands of families live in and around these forest, national park ecosystems?
Khatun is a 7 year old girl who loves to hold the national flag and sing the national anthem as she enjoys her visit to the school. She aims to learn to read and write. Thousands of girls like her inhabit these ecosystems.We at Samanta Foundation have been working on strengthening the school systems in these areas for girls and boys to be able to study.
These children from tribal pastoral nomadic rural and forest dwelling communities stand a chance to complete primary schooling if you join hands with us. I am fundraising for a cause close to my heart, to bring a lasting change in the lives of the underprivileged. In the year 2024 we will be reaching 4000+ children aged between 3-14 years. The goals of the year are :
1.provide access to resources such as stationary, learning kits, story books etc
2- Improve the quality of education by making it contextual
The Funds donated will be utilised in providing the access to educational resources to the children. The resources include:
1.Stationary kits,art supplies
2. Library story books
3. Learning workbooks
4. TLMs
