WHO WE ARE
Noel Foundation is a Chennai-based NGO that primarily provides critical care for the paediatric heart patients from underprivileged communities, through financial and emotional support. We also strive to uplift first generation learners by supporting their education, and thus breaking the cycle of poverty.
