Employment For 100 Women Graduates

India is experiencing a Demographic Dividend with 2 out of 3 in our population being of working age. However, more than half of our graduates are unemployable or underemployed due to a lack of some basic skills and awareness about the opportunities.

Women are the worst hit because only 1 in 5 qualified women work in the knowledge sector due to societal constraints and fear in the family.

Our Career Connect program supports such young women graduates by handholding them during their first visit to Bengaluru and helps place them in corporates. We have already placed hundreds of young graduates in the last couple of years. Over 75% of our beneficiaries are women who are now able to make their life decisions.
