Empower 100 Tribal Girls, Transform a Community!

Educating and enabling girls to own their futures has been a central part of my life. I have been privileged to work with incredible tribal adolescent girls and young women from rural communities in Telangana. These girls face incredible odds, yet their resilience, self-confidence, and sense of agency are nothing short of inspiring. When they rise, they uplift everyone around them, creating a powerful ripple effect that touches their families, friends, and entire communities.

Join me in supporting 100 girls to complete the transformational Girl Boss program to become micro-entrepreneurs and changemakers in their communities. Together, we can enable an entire generation of young women who can solve challenges around them through entrepreneurship. 

Nikitha grew up in Vallabhi village and attended a government college in Khammam district of Telangana. In college, she got the opportunity to complete the Girl Boss program which ignited her potential to set up an eggshell powder business. She earned enough money to sponsor her MBA, and she plans to start an eco-friendly, sustainable business online.

Adolescent girls like Nikitha urgently need skills, mentorship and opportunities to break cycles of unemployment and poverty in rural areas. The Girl Boss program equips girls with the critical skills, entrepreneurial mindsets, personal agency, and support to become micro-entrepreneurs and changemakers in their communities. 

INR 2,000: Send 1 girl to Girl Boss Basics where she will learn how to develop a personal plan, budget, pitch, brand, and support network to achieve her dreams. 

INR 8,000: Send 4 girls to Girl Boss Basics where they will learn how to develop a personal plan, budget, pitch, brand, and support network to achieve their dreams. 

INR 20,000: Send 10 girls to Girl Boss Basics where they will learn how to develop a personal plan, budget, pitch, brand, and support network to achieve their dreams. 

INR 60,000: Send an entire class of 30 girls to Girl Boss Basics
