Fulabai Mankar fulfilled her long standing wish of constructing a suitable toilet and bathroom adjacent to her house, so that she and her mother did not have to cross the mucky road to the fields to defecate in the open.

Ramabai Jedgad installed irrigation facilities in her field to be able to grow vegetables all year round, to supplement the family’s nutrition and income. She is satisfied that she has provided a useful asset to her future generations as well.

Sitaram Kumbhekar was able to afford proper medical services for the delivery of his twin grandchildren and pay for the extended hospital stay and treatment. If not for the grant, the family would have had to sell her cow to pay for the expenses.

Nirmala supplemented her daily income, by taking additional land on rent on which she and her husband can work to earn and save enough to provide a good education for their children.
