However, for many adolescent girls in underserved communities, access to menstrual hygiene products and education remains a challenge. Bhumi is on a mission to change that through its 'Pad for Pad' campaign in collaboration with Eco Femme. 

This campaign addresses the urgent and crucial need for menstrual health education and free pad-kits for 300 adolescent girls, ensuring they can manage their periods with comfort and pride. At the core of the 'Pad for Pad' campaign is the commitment to empowering adolescent girls.

Education plays a vital role in the campaign, with 1,931 educational sessions conducted to educate girls about their bodies, menstrual hygiene, and the importance of regular school attendance. Bhumi distributes sanitary kits directly to adolescent girls in government schools, ensuring that the products reach those who need them the most.
