Every girl deserves to embrace her adolescence with confidence and dignity. However, for many adolescent girls in underserved communities, access to menstrual hygiene products and education remains a challenge. Bhumi is on a mission to change that through its 'Pad for Pad' campaign in collaboration with Eco Femme. 

This initiative addresses the crucial need for menstrual health education and free pad-kits for 3,000 adolescent girls, ensuring they can manage their periods with comfort and pride. At the core of the 'Pad for Pad' campaign is the commitment to empowering adolescent girls. Each sanitary pad costs Rs. 137.50, and a sanitary kit, an essential package for managing menstrual hygiene, costs Rs. 550.60. So far, Bhumi has reached an impressive 225 girls, distributing 2,41,040 pads. 

These numbers reflect both the scale of the initiative and the impact it's making. Education plays a vital role in the campaign, with 1,931 educational sessions conducted to educate girls about their bodies, menstrual hygiene, and the importance of regular school attendance. Bhumi distributes sanitary kits directly to adolescent girls in government schools, ensuring that the products reach those who need them the most.
