At Namma Mysore Foundation (NMF), we work with women from underserved communities at Dry Waste Collection Centers in Kesare, Mysuru.

These women are the backbone of recycling — collecting, sorting, and recovering plastic waste that would otherwise pollute our environment. Despite their critical role, most of them:

• Earn low and unstable incomes
• Work without proper safety gear
• Lack financial security and social recognition
