Empower Young Women to become 'Leaders of Change' in Bihar's Extremism Affected Regions-2023

In the heart of Bihar, where the echoes of extremism have long disrupted the lives of young girls, a beacon of hope shines brightly - the i-Saksham Education and Learning Foundation.

Our mission has evolved, and we are now on a transformative journey to empower young women from extremism-affected regions to become the leaders of change in their communities. This video shares experience from the stakeholders.

At i-Saksham, we believe in the incredible potential of young women to drive positive change. Our 2021-2023 batch of edu-leaders has already graduated and is making waves in their villages, focusing on critical areas such as Education, Girls' School Attendance, Reproductive Health, and Women's Leadership. This year 400 young women are part of i-Saksham fellowship, working across 5 districts of Bihar.
