Empowering Children through their leadership development

Hi, Our organization has been working on the issues like as prevention of early marriage, school drop out and protection of child rights since its inception. By forming adolescent groups in dogachia village under Barasat-I block our organization has been providing training them to make them aware about their rights and roots causes of school drop out. By the support of your contribution, we will work on leadership development of adolescent groups at 4 Schools in two blocks of Barasat-I and Sadeshkhali-I under North 24 Parganas district who will make aware other adolescents on peer support basis. This initiative will works to reduce school drop out rate and strengthen of relationship with adolescent which will help to reduce the risk of vulnerability. This adolescent leaders will work as community level watch tower to trace out incidents of school drop out and joint monitoring with school authority to address this issue.
