Empowering Unemployed Youth with Job Training and Placements in the BFSI Sector

GOAL & OBJECTIVES

Goal: To establish and provide job role-oriented training with placements for 1000 unemployed underprivileged youth under BFSI sector, covering multiple locations.

Objectives:

● Skills Enhancement: To equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge required to excel as B&I (Sales) Executive.

● Industry-Relevant Curriculum: Develop a curriculum aligned with industry standards and technological advancements, ensuring practical applicability.

● Hands-on Training with placements and Certification: Provide practical, hands-on experience with modern technologies along with placement opportunities and relevant certification after completing the course and clearing assessments. 

PROJECT TIMELINE: 12 Months

BENEFICIARIES:

1. DIRECT BENEFICIARIES: Graduate students (at least ~30% girls) from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, Unemployed Youth lacking access to formal education and job opportunities.
2. INDIRECT BENEFICIARIES: Families of the unemployed underprivileged youth who will benefit from their increased earning potential, Communities in the multiple locations where the program is implemented, as the trained youth contribute to local economic development, Employers in the BFSI sector who gain access to a pool of skilled and trained workforce, Government and non-profit organizations working towards reducing unemployment and poverty, as the program aligns with their objectives, Educational institutions or training providers involved in delivering the job role-oriented training, enhancing their reputation and impact

INTERVENTION WITH TIMELINE

B&I (Sales) Executive: 30 Days | Per Batch: 25 Candidates (2 Batches Per Day)
