Palani, WCDS is driven by a vision of empowered communities and self-determined individuals. Through diverse and impactful programs, we address the unique needs of marginalized populations, fostering self-reliance and igniting the spark of opportunity.Mission:To create empowered communities and individuals, placing a special emphasis on women and children. WCDS achieves this through a multifaceted approach encompassing awareness creation, self-help promotion, skill development, and capacity building.Vision:To witness the emergence of empowered women with self-determination, self-reliance, and self-confidence, contributing to a society that thrives on equality and opportunity.Aims and Objectives:We envision a world where women and children thrive, brimming with self-determination and opportunity.
