Establishment of rehabilitation for old cows and old bulls in last stage of death

There are 3826 villages in Chittoor district. People in every village depend on cows and bulls for their livelihood. Many families in rural areas earn their livelihood from these cows and bulls.  A family lives by selling the milk of two cows in the villages. Also in rural areas agriculture is done by oxen. There is no agriculture without these bulls. It is because of these bulls that the rural people and the city people are living today.Vegetables are regularly coming to the market in the city i.e. the vegetables grown by the farmers with the labor of these bulls. Without these bulls in the villages there is no agriculture. Now tractors are available for farming but some crops that have tractors require these bulls. 50 years ago there were no tractors and agricultural equipment. Farming was done by these bulls.  Bulls work hard in agriculture, but people and farmers are forgetting humanity.  These bulls are sold for money for meat.  What should be done. A few thousand old bulls and old cows are being transported from this district to Kerala state for meat even today. 

 Farmers in every village of the district are living depending on the milk of cows. Milk is transported from villages to towns every morning and evening. Because of this cows' milk, some lakhs of people are getting employment in our country.  Some milk factories employ few lakhs of people.These cows are mouthless cows and old bulls who help us without expecting anything and mercilessly sell people for meat for money.

Rehabilitation Center for Rural Physically Handicapped will be set up for rehabilitation of old cows and old bulls on 10 acres of land.  Rural Physically Handicapped Center for Rehabilitation buys old cows and old cows in the rural area and bring them for rehabilitation. Cows and old bulls are not given free by people for rehabilitation. Rural Physically Handicapped Center for Rehabilitation buys these old cows and old bulls and provides three KG of fodder. A veterinarian is appointed for this rehabilitation.  As per the advice of this doctor, we provide fodder to the old cows and old bulls. If the old cows and old bulls die in the last stage, they are cremated at the government place. Through the Rural Physically Handicapped Center for Rehabilitation, 1000 old cows and old bulls are rehabilitated in a year.
