Our Girls’ Education Scholarship Program is a beacon of hope, giving young girls the opportunity to dream, learn, and thrive.

In India, 2.8 million girls between the ages of 6 to 14 are not enrolled in school. The impact is profound—This is primarily in rural areas and marginalized communities (Source: ASER 2018 - Report). without education, girls face limited opportunities, higher rates of early marriage, and fewer chances to break the cycle of poverty.

According to UNICEF India, nearly 25% of adolescent girls aged 15-19 are not attending school, often due to early marriage, economic pressures, and socio-cultural factors. (Source: UNICEF India – Adolescence)

Through our Girls’ Education Scholarship Program, Animedh Charitable Trust supports education for underprivileged girls from Std. 1 to 12 as well as professional graduate and post-graduate courses to empower them with the self-confidence and Capacity required to ensure better lives for themselves. We are not just supporting their education; we are enabling a future where every girl can change the world.

Education empowers girls to become leaders, innovators, and changemakers in their own communities. A girl who is educated will, on average, earn 25% more and will reinvest 90% of her earnings back into her family, creating a ripple effect of social and economic change.
