In many rural and tribal communities, Menstruation remains a silent challenge for adolescent girls. Limited access to sanitary products , combined with misinformation and stigma , often results in poor hygiene practices, health complications , school absenteeism , and loss of confidence. Menstrual hygiene is not merely a health issue—it is a matter of dignity , education , and gender equity.

SOLUTION’s Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHH) campaign addresses this gap by combining sanitary kit distribution with structured awareness sessions.

Since 2021, in partnership with CSR the initiative has reached 600 adolescent girls across Kolabira, Birbansh, and Muria—improving hygiene practices, school attendance, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Each MHH kit distribution is supported by interactive sessions that break taboos, promote safe practices, and empower girls with knowledge and self-confidence.
